Frequently asked questions

You can request a return or exchange within 21 days of your purchase date for a new size/style. Items must be in original condition, with no signs of damage or wear. We cover the return shipping fees for exchange items or FREXY credit. If you prefer a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be back to your original form of payment.

We are unable to make additions, changes, or cancellations to an order once it’s been placed.

FREXY is pleased to offer FREE standard ground shipping in Canada and throughout the continental USA via UPS & USPS. You may expedite your order with additional charges calculated at checkout. All orders are currently shipped from Peace River, AB, Canada. Shipping must be elected at time of checkout. We are unable to upgrade shipping once an order has been placed.

Yes! We currently have FREE shipping to anywhere in Canada and continental USA. Shipping to any other Country will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow one business day for processing. Standard shipping from Peace River, AB, Canada and may take 7-10 business days to arrive at your location. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen natural events.

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been back-ordered, is unable to be fulfilled, or if there are any other issues with your order.

Items that display ‘Pre-Order’ on their product page are currently available for purchase, but not yet ready to ship. Exact shipping dates may vary, you will be notified via email when your item is shipped.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

FREXY does not price match other retailers or offer price adjustments for orders that have been placed on frexyfit.com. Promotional codes must be applied at time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.

When placing your order, type in the code in the promotional code box on the checkout page and click submit. Check that your discount has been applied under the order summary and then click purchase now. Multiple promotion codes cannot be applied towards an order. Promotion codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed or retroactively applied to orders that are already placed.
